Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Resolve connectivity issues via remote desktop and on-site support
- Document network topology changes in Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on firewall policy implementations
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for VoIP and VPN systems
- Assist in network upgrades and expansion projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of network administration experience with Cisco/Juniper
- CCNA or equivalent certification required (CCNP preferred)
- Proficiency in Wireshark, Wireshark, and network analyzers
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client visits
