Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Maintain and upgrade local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Monitor network performance to ensure 99.9% uptime and security compliance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding network connectivity issues.
- Perform regular security audits and implement necessary patches to protect data integrity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (CCNA preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and basic scripting (Python/Bash preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible schedule.
