Responsibilities
- Design and deploy complex LAN/WAN infrastructures using Cisco and Juniper technologies
- Lead network migrations, upgrades, and security implementations
- Provide Tier-3 troubleshooting for mission-critical systems
- Develop network documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid architecture projects
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct technical training
- Ensure 99.99% uptime through proactive monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years enterprise network administration experience
- Certifications: CCNP/JNCIP or higher required
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and SD-WAN technologies
- Strong background in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Ability to manage complex projects with SLA-driven deadlines
