Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Maintain the integrity and security of our local and wide-area networks.
- Perform network audits and assessments to ensure optimal performance.
- Document network diagrams, configurations, and changes for compliance.
- Respond to and resolve network outages and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new network solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification preferred.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in network administration.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Model, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
