Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using provided diagnostic tools and proactively resolve issues
- Implement security protocols to protect network integrity and data confidentiality
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT team on network upgrades and system expansions
- Provide technical support to end-users via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with both wired and wireless network infrastructure
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues independently
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional on-site visits
