Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG
- Troubleshoot VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues
- Document network topologies and configuration changes
- Implement security protocols including VLAN segmentation
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF protocols
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
