Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using provided diagnostic tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols including VPNs and intrusion detection systems
- Document network infrastructure changes and maintain asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network optimization projects
- Perform regular audits using company-provided test equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- Familiarity with wireless networking (802.11ac/ax) standards
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Strong problem-solving skills with hardware troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license for equipment transport
