Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network issues using company-provided diagnostic tools
- Implement security protocols to protect network infrastructure
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with team members on network upgrades and expansions
- Monitor network performance and optimize bandwidth utilization
- Provide end-user support for network-related issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN technologies
- Experience with wireless network deployment and management
- Ability to work independently with provided equipment
