Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and quality gates
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Docker for continuous testing
- Analyze defects using JIRA and TestRail to drive quality improvements
- Document test procedures and provide actionable quality metrics
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for test automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation testing
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
