Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless security protocols
- Document network topology and create SOPs for operational procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Respond to network outages within SLA timeframes
- Conduct quarterly vulnerability assessments and patch management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP protocols
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills using Wireshark and ping/traceroute
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure networking services)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs for equipment installations
- Valid California driver's license for site visits
