Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test advanced prompt engineering strategies for large language models
- Collaborate with AI researchers to fine-tune model behavior and output quality
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize prompt performance across diverse use cases
- Troubleshoot and resolve model hallucinations, biases, and edge cases
- Develop prompt templates for automated content generation and customer service applications
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and translate complex concepts into actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model optimization
- Proficiency with Python and frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI API
- Demonstrated portfolio of prompt engineering projects with measurable results
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and language model limitations
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control systems (Git)
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
