Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory configurations
- Deploy and maintain cloud services including Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with network security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Support endpoint management through SCCM and Intune platforms

Qualifications
