Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve complex network outages and security incidents
- Document network topology and create SOPs
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless network solutions
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years in network administration with Cisco/Juniper certification
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure networking services
- Strong troubleshooting skills using diagnostic tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CCNP or equivalent certification required
- Experience with SD-WAN technologies preferred
