Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Log and manage incoming help desk tickets accurately using our ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and Wi-Fi access problems.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers and mobile devices.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Help Desk or IT support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
