Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Troubleshoot VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless connectivity issues
- Implement network security protocols including ACLs and VLANs
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Support disaster recovery testing and incident response
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CCNP certification required
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLANs
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA/FTD firewalls
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
