Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide on-site technical support for clients across the St. Louis metropolitan area
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Document network infrastructure changes and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and compliant with security protocols
- Train clients on basic network operations when required
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification required
- Proficiency in network diagnostics tools and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
