Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Lead incident response for security breaches including root cause analysis
- Develop and implement security policies aligned with NIST and ISO 27001
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Research emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies
- Maintain compliance frameworks for PCI-DSS and HIPAA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations
- Certifications: CISSP, CEH, or Security+ required
- Expertise in network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms (Recorded Future, AlienVault)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
