Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless access points
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark tools
- Implement VLAN segmentation and firewall security policies
- Document network topology and create SOPs for operational procedures
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network architecture
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network outages and incidents
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Network Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CCNA/CCNP certification required
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- Expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VPN technologies
- Proficient in Python for automation scripting
- Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
