Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Diagnose and resolve network outages, security breaches, and connectivity issues
- Implement network security protocols and best practices
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network upgrades and expansions
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for complex network problems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for maintenance windows
