Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure platforms
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic cloud environment issues
- Document configuration changes and operational procedures
- Collaborate with senior engineers on automation scripts and deployment pipelines
- Participate in security best practices implementation for cloud resources
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing initiatives
- Learn and apply DevOps methodologies in real-world scenarios
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
- Foundational knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows)
- Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- CompTIA Cloud+ or AWS/Azure fundamentals certification preferred
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Bash) a plus
