You'll be the backbone of our network operations, ensuring seamless connectivity for 500+ users across 10 locations. Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Cisco routers/switches and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and resolve outages within SLA
- Implement security protocols (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS) to protect systems
- Document network topology and update IT asset management databases
- Collaborate with cloud teams to hybridize infrastructure solutions
- Train end-users on network best practices and security awareness
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in enterprise network administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco IOS/NX-OS and Palo Alto firewalls
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible on-call schedule
