Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues across hybrid environments
- Implement security protocols to protect network integrity and data privacy
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation for team reference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network challenges
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network-related user issues and service requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet network technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to remote collaboration tools
