Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls

- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations
- Conduct regular network audits and implement performance improvements
- Provide user support for network-related hardware and software
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or equivalent certification (CompTIA Network+, CCNA)
- 3+ years of experience in network administration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, and wireless networking
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Certification in network security (e.g., Security+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
