Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot connectivity issues

- Document network configurations and create maintenance reports
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support to resolve complex network problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network architecture
- Conduct regular network audits and implement performance improvements
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT/Network Administration or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on network infrastructure experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
