Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise-level network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN)
- Implement security protocols and perform vulnerability assessments
- Manage network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) via remote access
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network outages
- Optimize network performance using industry best practices
- Support cloud integration projects and hybrid network solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco/Juniper network equipment management
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
