Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise-level products
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish UX best practices across the organization
- Present design concepts to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years of UX design experience with 3+ years in lead/senior roles
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C product design systems
- Expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Proven track record of shipping successful enterprise products
