Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly strategic foresight reports on 2026 technology trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum/AI/climate)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech applications
- Present 2026 innovation roadmaps to Fortune 500 executives and policymakers
- Manage $5M R&D budget for experimental 2026-focused initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech
- Proven track record publishing industry-defining trend analyses
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-year tech roadmaps
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Deep understanding of global policy implications for 2026 tech adoption
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (e.g., GPT-4, TensorFlow)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/tech journals
