Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate emerging risks
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused initiatives and emerging technology adoption
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications, conferences, and stakeholder education
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
