The Opportunity:
As a pivotal member of our core innovation lab, you will be responsible for setting the strategic technical roadmap for our flagship products. We are pushing the boundaries of Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Cognitive Computing. Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation AI frameworks designed for scalability and ethical AI governance.
- Lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to translate 2026 visions into executable roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing principles into classical AI models for advanced processing.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and bias mitigation in large-scale AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product management to define product features that anticipate user needs two years into the future.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders and external partners at industry-leading tech summits.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
