- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market horizons

- Translate future scenarios into actionable business recommendations for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry reports
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trends into enterprise-level strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis
