Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technical roadmap, focusing on next-gen generative AI and quantum-ready architectures.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance AI systems designed to handle petabyte-scale data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Research) to translate strategic vision into actionable technical specifications.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic computing and Edge AI for potential integration.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the security and ethical implications of AI deployment, ensuring compliance with global standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years dedicated to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives and defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, LLMs, and their application in enterprise contexts.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct diverse engineering teams.
