Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for ML systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering and product teams
- Author industry-recognized whitepapers on responsible AI practices
- Advocate for ethical AI adoption through executive stakeholder engagement
- Mentor junior ethicists and build ethics education programs
- Represent company at international AI ethics forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years' experience
- Proven track record of implementing AI ethics programs in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in algorithmic fairness, transparency, and accountability principles
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts to technical/non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent fields
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
