Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Spearhead the design and implementation of large-scale machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Deep Learning models, specifically focusing on Transformer architectures and generative AI.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across all Nexus Horizon product lines, anticipating industry shifts up to 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a world-class team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to advanced AI/ML research and production deployment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and PyTorch or TensorFlow. Proven track record of optimizing LLMs for specific industry verticals.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and deliver breakthrough technologies under tight deadlines.
