Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and NLP pipelines.
