Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Agentic AI workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and ethical AI compliance.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and improve efficiency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale NLP models (Transformers, BERT, GPT architectures).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
