Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust AI infrastructures designed for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers in developing state-of-the-art neural networks.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate ethical AI principles into core systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native AI ecosystems.
- Conduct rigorous performance tuning and optimization for large-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
