Responsibilities
- Design and deploy robust AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead a team of ML engineers in building production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Conduct research into cutting-edge algorithms, including Transformers and Diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define AI-driven feature sets and user experiences.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure real-time performance.
- Establish MLOps best practices and governance frameworks for data security and privacy.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical architecture reviews.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
