Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-fidelity 2D and 3D visual assets for web, mobile, and print applications.
- Create complex motion graphics and animations to enhance user interfaces and storytelling.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity system across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into compelling visual solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and tools to ensure our work remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for approval and iteration.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D/3D design, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animate) and Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design styles and technical capabilities.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
