As a No Experience Required position, we provide comprehensive training and mentorship. You will work on real-world projects, contributing to user research, wireframing, and prototyping from day one. Responsibilities
- Assist the senior design team in conducting user research and usability testing sessions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design files are accurately implemented.
- Review design work for consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the documentation of design systems and style guides.
Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects (personal or academic).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for solving user problems.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
