Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to iterate on ideas and improve user flows.
- Assist in the creation of design systems and maintain consistency across the product.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential and passion.
- Basic understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and design thinking methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
