Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and a cohesive user journey.
- Participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions.
- Maintain and update design documentation and style guides.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help optimize existing user interfaces for better engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- A passion for design and a strong desire to learn the UX process.
- Portfolio demonstrating design work (school projects, personal projects, or freelance work are acceptable).
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale.
- Must be available to work on-site in Anaheim, CA 3 days a week.
