Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create user personas to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to implement designs
- Participate in usability testing sessions and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to design system documentation and component libraries
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Stay updated on UX trends and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking (school projects, personal work, or hackathon entries accepted)
- Basic proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
