Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop design systems and maintain component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design processes and maintain organized project files
- Participate in cross-functional agile ceremonies
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ UX design projects (schoolwork, personal, or freelance)
- Proficiency in Figma or similar prototyping tools
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and iterate quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn industry best practices
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (in progress accepted)
