Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers) to implement designs
- Develop user journey maps and information architectures
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analytics
- Document design systems and maintain UI consistency
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing design projects (school work, personal projects, or case studies acceptable)
- Basic understanding of UX principles and design thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong visual design sensibility with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
