Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of software applications used for equity options pricing and risk management.
- Collaborate with quantitative analysts to translate mathematical models into executable code.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, C++, or Java.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing trading algorithms to ensure system stability.
- Participate in code reviews and agile sprint planning meetings.
- Develop and optimize APIs for seamless integration with third-party financial data providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, C++, Java, or C#).
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a keen interest in financial markets and options trading.
- Ability to obtain necessary securities licenses (training provided).
