Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to translate data findings into actionable business insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
- Support: Assist senior analysts in ad-hoc reporting and special data projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and a strong willingness to learn SQL and Python.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
