- Develop basic data visualizations and reports using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Support the team in creating weekly and monthly performance dashboards.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources and reporting methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python (prior coding experience is a plus, but not required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
