Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain desktop/laptop hardware and peripheral devices
- Provide Tier 1 support for software installations, updates, and troubleshooting
- Document technical issues using ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness training and best practices implementation
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Alaska driver's license for occasional site visits
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in various environments
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
