Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise-grade network solutions including SD-WAN, VPN, and wireless systems
- Perform 24/7 monitoring and optimization of network performance using SolarWinds and Cisco DNA Center
- Lead network security initiatives including firewall management, intrusion detection, and vulnerability assessments
- Document network architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures in compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless hybrid infrastructure integration
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct regular network audits for compliance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network hardware
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent enterprise-level certification required
- Expert knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and advanced routing protocols
- Proven experience with network automation using Python or Ansible
- Strong background in network security frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
