Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpret results to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify customer trends and optimize campaigns.
- Generate and present clear, concise weekly reports to management.
- Identify data anomalies and propose solutions to improve data quality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python programming languages is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for learning new software and analytical tools quickly.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
